Our delivery options and shipping costs may vary depending on your destination. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

• United States & Canada: Complimentary shipping on all orders.
• International Shipping (Rest of the World): Shipping costs vary between USD 100 and USD 300, depending on the destination.

All our dresses are made to order. The estimated production time is:

• Evening Dresses: 3–5 weeks
• Bridal Dresses: 6–8 weeks

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

If there is likely to be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and containing all relevant order details. We may also contact you if additional information is required to verify your payment.

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, payment authorization, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For the US and Canada, prices are inclusive of customs and taxes applied to your order. 

For the rest if the world, Sandy Nour is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. You may be required to pay additional fees specific to the destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (import duties, customs and local taxes).

Damages
Sandy Nour is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items before submitting your claim.
