Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

All our dresses are made to order, the estimated delivery time for evening dresses is 3-5 Weeks and Bridal dresses 6-8 Weeks.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package. It will be shipped via DHL. Once your order is dispatched, delivery time is within 2-7 days.

If there is likely to be a significant delay in shipment to your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. 

While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Sandy Nour is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. You may be required to pay additional fees specific to the destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (import duties, customs and local taxes).

Damages

Sandy Nour is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping courier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
